The Devon Archer transcript has revealed some of the details that we reported.

Archer confirmed the reason Hunter Biden was brought onto Burisma, which was to “intimidate people to mess with them ….legally”, and because of his “brand”. He added that Burisma “would have gone out of business if it did not have the brand attached.”

Rep. Dan Goldman, D-NY, grilled him on that.

The Democrat asked, “But how does that work?”

Archer clarified “legally” that people would be intimidated if they were to mess with the gang. Goldman then asked how?

Archer told the House Oversight Committee the majority of the $3.5m wired by Yelena Baturina, the former first lady in Moscow who attended a dinner with Biden’s son and then-VP Biden in February 2014 was transferred to a company co-owned jointly by Archer Biden and Hunter Biden following its receipt by a entity that Biden supporters had claimed was controlled solely by Archer.

Of course, this blows a huge hole in Joe Biden’s claim that, aside from the phone calls, Joe Biden was also meeting Hunter’s associates. Joe Biden, as we reported, attended at least one Hunter associates’ dinner.

Archer confirmed that Joe Biden met Jonathan Li at a coffee shop, as we had reported. Hunter also had his father call Li over the speakerphone. Hunter was involved with the Chinese state-backed fund BHR Partners, which Li headed.

Archer also revealed that Joe Biden, oligarchs, and other guests were invited to two dinners held at the Cafe Milano.

Archer testified in court that, unbeknownst to the public, two dinners were held at the same DC-area restaurant, one featuring the vice president seated and a collection of patrons from Eastern Europe who are his son. The first dinner was held in spring 2014 followed by the more famous April 2015 dinner.

“I believe the first one was, like, a birthday dinner, and then the second was — I think we were supposed to talk about the World Food Program. So there was some talk about that,” Archer said during questioning.

Archer noted that the first dinner was attended by Joe and Hunter Biden as well as Baturina and Kazakhstani businessman Kenes Rakishev, who sent $142,300 to Hunter Biden for a luxury vehicle, and Karim Massimov. He could not remember if former Moscow mayor Yury Luzhkov who left office in 2010 had also been invited.

Archer remembered that “[Joe Biden] walked into the room and shook everyone’s hands.”

White House claimed that Joe was not on the schedule for April’s dinner. Not only was this an attempt to deflect the truth but there was also another dinner that he was not admitting.

Archer stated that the second dinner was attended by himself, Vadym, Hunter, and Joe. Archer did not confirm it, but another attendee confirmed that Baturina as well as former Moscow Mayor Yury Lushkov attended the dinner. According to the attendee, Biden posed with the two Kazakhstani guests for a photo that we have previously reported.

Baturina, however, has not been sanctioned by the Biden Administration. Hunter’s other Russian partner, Vladimir Yevtushenkov, has also not been sanctioned.

Jonathan Turley, a Georgetown Law professor and Fox News’ Chad Pergram summarized the main takeaway — a big issue that may ultimately sink Joe Biden through impeachment and other legal means. They wanted Hunter to relieve Burisma of the pressure including prosecutions. And then it happened.

Archer claimed that Zlochevsky was the one “controlling” the prosecutor, but this was not what Hunter or Zlochevsky said. This was the “narrative”, which we heard being spread after Biden released his video on firing the prosecutor.

Let’s not forget that Hunter received a fantastic car as a result of this.
