President Trump’s travel ban is now in full swing, and it’s exactly what America needs. Despite the usual liberal hysterics, this is not about sowing division – it’s about protecting our great nation.
The ban targets 12 chiefly African and Middle Eastern nations, including Afghanistan, Myanmar, Chad, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen, along with heightened restrictions on people from select other nations who are outside the U.S. and lack a valid visa. These are countries with ‘deficient’ screening processes or a history of refusing to repatriate their citizens.
Travelers with previously issued visas will still be able to enter the U.S., but any new applications from these countries are likely to face rejection. This is not about revoking anyone’s rights, it’s a practical measure to protect our borders.

During Trump’s first term, a similar ban was introduced, causing all kinds of liberal-generated chaos at airports. This time, however, there’s been no such disruption.
The liberal media will have you believe that this is all about prejudice. They’ll give you sob stories about innocent Haitians trying to escape violence and unrest. Don’t doubt me on this, folks – no one wants to see innocent people suffer. But we must protect our borders. We simply cannot compromise on national security.
Immigration experts have praised the new ban for being more carefully constructed and for focusing on the visa application process, greatly improving our chances of overcoming any legal challenges. The fact is, some visitors pose a threat to our safety, and the recently banned countries have high visa overstay rates.
President Trump tied the new ban to a terrorist attack in Boulder, Colorado. The culprit – a man who overstayed his tourist visa. These are real, tangible threats, and we must face them head-on.
Yet, in typical fashion, the left denounces this logical policy. They’d rather vilify Trump than protect America, it seems. They claim this policy is about sowing division. Demonstrably absurd! When this is about national security.
At the end of the day, the travel ban is not about denying people opportunities but rather safeguarding our country. Keeping America safe is always our top priority.
