Kamala Harris’ former staffers continue to speak anonymously about their experiences working for her as she answers questions about her leadership. Harris was described by one staffer as a bully who doesn’t do the necessary work.

The former employee stated that it was clear she is not working with someone who is willing and able to do the prep work. Kamala has to endure a lot of heart-breaking criticisms and her own lackluster confidence. It’s clear that you are constantly supporting a bully, but it’s not very clear why.

The vice president’s staff will be leaving Harris’ office by the end of the year. This comes as more reports on internal struggles and infighting, while Harris’ approval ratings continue to plummet.

Symone Sanders, senior adviser, and chief spokesperson announced her intention to leave. Ashley Etienne, communications director, and Peter Velz director of press operations, and Vince Evans, director of Intergovernmental Affairs, also announced their plans to depart.

Karly Satkowiak, director of the advance, and Gabrielle DeFranceschi, deputy director of advance, revealed that they were leaving her office. One person who knew her office described it as an abusive environment in which people are thrown under the bus. They said it’s not a healthy environment, and people are often mistreated. It is not a place that people feel supported, but it is a place people feel like sh**.

Only 13% of Dem voters surveyed said they would support Harris as president in 2024 if President Joe Biden does not run for reelection.
