John Pierce, a former defense lawyer for Kyle Rittenhouse, recently revealed that Vice President Kamala Harris’ and President Joe Biden’s defamatory remarks regarding his former client as a “white supremacist” expose them both. Pierce said that he believes it’s possible to take legal action for defamatory remarks Harris or Biden made about Rittenhouse.
Biden’s Twitter account stated that Rittenhouse was a white supremacist just one month after he had been attacked by men at Kenosha in Wisconsin.
Piere stated that there was never any evidence or suggestion that Kyle was a racist or White supremacist. He said that these accusations are being leveled at everyone and that Kyle could file many defamation lawsuits against the current president and campaign. This could also include the vice-president. He stated that he believes Rittenhouse could win that. He stated that the jury saw through everything and returned the “not guilty” verdict. He said this is absolutely correct.
Pierce observed Rittenhouse’s trial from a left-leaning perspective and said it was pure persecution of political beliefs and it has been proved to be so.
Pierce notes that the Rittenhouse trial was founded on the principle of the God-given right to self-defense. He concluded Rittenhouse was being assaulted and would have been killed if he hadn’t protected himself. Self-defense is therefore so important.
