These very people who want us to believe that no human being is illegal (because illegal immigrants enter the country illegally), wouldn’t recognize this child and would refuse to consider her their legitimate grandchild.
Hunter Biden, Navy’s mother Lunden Roberts is currently in legal action to reduce his child support payments. He claims that he has had “substantial material changes” in his financial circumstances. What is the change? He’s making thousands as an “artist” and not millions through questionable foreign business deals. He lives in a Malibu mansion, but he cannot afford to have his child.
Roberts asked the judge to grant their daughter the Biden name. She believes it will help the Navy and her family. Roberts stated in her filing that influence peddling does not equal being “financially acute.”
Jill and Joe refuse to acknowledge their granddaughter existence and Hunter just asked judge to deny his 4-year-old daughter from taking his surname.

Guess who doesn’t want this to happen? Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden has denied that he is related to her family. Hunter initially denied that he had a relationship with the Navy’s mom, then denied that he was the father until DNA proved otherwise. Now he is asking the judge to remove Hunter’s name from his daughter’s record. He claims it’s a “lightning rod of criticism” and would deprive the child of a peaceful existence. Hunter’s lawyer wants his daughter to be able to make her own decision once the “discrediting of the Biden name” is over.
Hunter has a lot of gall. Hunter doesn’t even have the chance to meet the child. Joe Biden has also never met him. I am seriously skeptical that they really care about the child’s “peaceful existence.” Hunter even mentioned criticisms of Roberts as the reason Hunter shouldn’t be allowed to name the child.
Biden became the focus of national controversy after emails from his laptop revealed a scheme by his father to sell his influence for millions to American enemies. Biden cited criticisms from his ex as evidence that his family name was being dragged through the mud.
Biden cited court filings by Roberts, which refer to the federal probe into Biden’s tax affairs and his dealings in Ukraine with Burisma as a response to his request for lower child support payments.

The filing is so self-serving and transparently dishonest that it does what was once thought impossible: reach a new low for Hunter. All of his reported selfies of having sex and doing drugs with prostitutes were shocking. His attacks on his former sister-in-law, Hallie Biden, widow of the deceased brother (with whom Hunter later had a romantic relationship), were appalling. However, the craven effort to deny this child his name reaches a level of cad that stands unrivaled.
Although Hunter’s position in court was disgraceful, the media has mostly ignored it. It also ignored the complete lack of support by President Joe Biden and the First Lady. They notably omitted stockings for Navy Joan, one of their grandchildren. Stockings were given to the cat and dog. Joe and Jill Biden are not known to have sought to hug their grandchild. Despite his son’s concern about her “peaceful existence”, the President has sought to deny child security protection.
Turley noted that Arkansas law would favor her getting the name if it was for the child’s good.
