The attack was disgusting.

According to authorities, when officers attempted to take a person into custody they were repeatedly kicked and punched in the head.

The assault was captured on video. Officers were treated for minor injuries at the scene.

The story gets even worse. The NYPD began a manhunt and caught some of the assailants, but immediately released them.

Yorman Reveron, Darwin Andres Gomez Izquiel, and Wilson Juarez have been taken into custody just minutes after the attack.

The men have all pleaded guilty to charges such as assaulting a police officer, gang violence, and obstructing the government administration.

Department officials were unhappy with the apparent ease with which the thugs were treated.

 The chief said, “Right now, four of the eight suspects should be in Rikers Island on bail.”

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office led by Alvin Bragg – a soft-on crime prosecutor – tried to make it sound like they were looking for justice, but also admitted they had not requested bail.

In a statement released on Wednesday, prosecutors said that the incident is still being investigated. The prosecutors are reviewing additional footage.

In the statement, it is stated that the participant in the incident should be identified and described.

The statement said, “Every defendant has been charged with felony charges. These carry a maximum punishment of seven years.”

Two criminal charges were already filed against one of the attackers, both for assault and battery. He was still on the streets.

This could have been predicted by an elementary school student. It’s almost like… everything was planned.
