President Joe Biden posted a photo Wednesday of a negative coronavirus testing and announced that he was back in the Oval Office following his coronavirus infection.
He wrote “Back to Oval” shortly after. “Thanks Doc for the excellent care and all your support.
Since Thursday’s first test positive for the virus, the president has been kept in isolation at the White House.
The president was still suffering from a sore throat and hoarse voice.
During a video conference, he stated that he felt great and that he hopes it shows in his actions. “I wish I felt as good here as I feel.”
After testing negative, the White House announced that Biden would make remarks in Rose Garden at 11:30 AM. This would bring an end to his isolation period. Biden will continue to wear a mask for at least ten more days.
Expect the president to speak about how he managed to beat the virus thanks to the tools he made available to all Americans.
He will also encourage Americans to get vaccinated.
