President Biden’s 1,000th Day in Office: More Than a Third Spent on Vacation

Joe Biden, the president of the United States, will celebrate his 1,000th day as president on Tuesday. But he has spent over 300 days relaxing at his two Delaware properties or taking vacations in places such as Lake Tahoe. It sounds like almost a third of his time in office has been spent as leisure time.

The octogenarian spent 89 of his days at Camp David in Maryland, a 25-acre retreat used by presidents. He declared in September that climate change was “the only existential danger humanity faces,” but he is willing to jump into a gas-guzzling Air Force One whenever he wants.

The White House releases a daily schedule of the President’s activities. It shows that he has spent at least 300 days in Delaware or on vacation.

He bought a beach house with six bedrooms and 4,786 square feet in Rehoboth, Delaware, for $2.74million in 2017.

The mansion is 6,850 square feet and is valued at over $2 million.

Biden has also taken a trip to Lake Tahoe in Nevada for a week, along with numerous trips to his Delaware homes.

He flew to Lake Tahoe in Air Force One and then rented a house from Tom Steyer. The billionaire climate activist ran for president unsuccessfully as a Democrat in 2020.

Joe, who is more than happy to spend time away from his White House office, hasn’t found time to travel to East Palestine, OH. This was the location of a toxic chemical accident that occurred in February (he claimed he had “not been able to break”) He’s only made one “tightly-controlled” trip to the southern border where his policies caused mass illegal immigration and chaos. He didn’t see the thousands of people who were trying to enter our country, nor did he come close to seeing the action. Instead, he spoke to officials and border agents.

Biden did not interrupt his vacation to attend the Maui wildfires. When a reporter asked him about it, he replied with a smirk, “No comment.” Biden did eventually go to Hawaii, but it took him days.

He has plenty of time on his hands to enjoy the beach:

This post on social media sums it all up nicely:

The Tweet continues:

Biden was on vacation at the beach while Americans were being burned to death in the Maui wildfires because of the failures of local governments run by Democrats.

While Hamas terrorists were capturing and killing Americans in Israel, Biden was hosting a barbecue at the White House.

Democrats do not care about Americans, and their actions and policies that show this are America’s last.

Even when the President is at the White House, and working presumably, he hides from the media and the public.

According to the American Presidency Project, he only held 13 solo press conferences in his first 1,000 days.

In his first term, Obama held 43 joint press conferences and Trump 44.

Mark Knoller – a former CBS White House correspondent and unofficial White House statistician – said that by the end of this year, Biden had done 41 interviews in his capacity as president.

This compares to Trump’s 190 interviews and Obama’s 3329 at the same time.

Biden gave far more interviews when he was vice president than now. He would appear on three networks simultaneously at that time.

Biden’s frailty seems to have gotten worse in recent months. He looked tired, old, and unmotivated during the “60 Minutes'” interview on Sunday. He does not appear to have the stamina required to handle the presidency, which is one of the most demanding and stressful jobs on the planet. The recent Hamas terror attack has shown that we need leaders who are at the top of their game. This is not someone who is almost 30% absent.

I don’t hold age or decline against him personally. It’s a fact that every living creature on Earth must face at some point.

It’s safe to say that he doesn’t belong in the Oval Office.
