Trump and Elon Slam Kamala for ‘Economically Illiterate’ Housing Post

Kamala Harris is a mixture of radical leftist and economic illiterate. Though, I suppose it is redundant.

Both Biden and Biden appear to believe that the government’s role is to give away money to buy votes and to do so, they both openly admit. They don’t understand that the inflation is a result of excessive spending. They keep on proposing things that will only make the situation worse.

We’ve seen her plan for Communistic Price Controls. Even The Washington Post criticized this as a bad move that would hurt the economy. Her proposal was so badly criticized that her staff tried to reverse it. How many flip-flops will that be? Who knows her official positions at this point, or even what she has said?

On Wednesday, however, she repeated one of her ridiculous proposals, which was to give new homeowners $25,000 towards their first home. This was a clear attempt to buy votes using taxpayer money.

It is not always enough to save years of money. My administration will give $25,000 to first-time buyers for the down payment of a new house.

Biden and Harris, with their inflation and interest rate increases, have driven up the cost of everything so that people cannot afford it.

In June, home prices reached a record high amid a housing shortage. However, mortgage rates remained high and made it difficult for many Americans to afford their homes.

The S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Index showed that prices increased by 5.4% in June compared to the same month last year. This is down from 5.9%.

According to the index, every month prices rose by 0.2%.

Lisa Sturtevant is Bright MLS’ chief economist. She said that the upward pressure on housing prices has made this market unaffordable. First-time homebuyers and those with moderate incomes are increasingly being excluded from the housing market.

Spending more money on it will only increase inflation and prices for everyone. Of course, it is unfair to those who have already saved and bought their home. This is economic illiteracy, and it shows that she’s either ignorant or wants disaster. This is more of her socialist basket.

What happens if you subsidize the down payment and people cannot afford to pay their mortgages in the future because they can no longer afford it? The people lose their homes, and you’re in another mortgage crisis.

Elon Musk, CEO of X, understood that this would only drive up prices:

Some asked: Why not fix the damage she caused, instead of stealing even more tax dollars? She’s not fixing the problem now.

The former president Donald Trump’s response was very simple and brutal. He shared a Fox graph showing how home prices increased under Biden and Harris:

The debate will be lit.
