In the case of Donald Trump as President-elect, let’s say it a thousand times and then do it.

As Trump fought multiple lawfare cases, the Department of Justice, its despicable secretary Merrick Garland, and FBI Director Christopher Wray among other Biden Administration officials — who were all hell-bent on destroying Trump’s chances of becoming president again — the 45th, and soon to be 47th, the president promised, in essence, that he would one day settle the scores.

Wray’s “one day” arrived on Wednesday.

The FBI director, who is under fire for his actions, announced that he would resign at the end of the Biden administration in January. The announcement was made during a town hall meeting with FBI employees.

Trump told Fox News Digital the resignation of Wray is a great day for America.

Christopher Wray’s resignation is a good day for America, as it ends the weaponization of the United States Department of Injustice. I don’t even know what happened to him.

Trump said his administration would “restore the rule of law to all Americans” before taking a well-deserved shot against Wray.

The FBI, under the leadership of Christopher Wray, has illegally raided and indicted me without cause. They have also worked tirelessly to illegally impeach and indict me and have done everything possible to undermine the future and success of America. They have used the vast power they possess to threaten and destroy innocent Americans. Some of them will never recover from what was done to them.

The president-elect fired up his Truth Social page and wrote a long post about Wray and the Justice Department. He also wrote about House Democrats impeaching Wray “illegally”.

Christopher Wray’s resignation is a good day for America, as it ends the weaponization of the United States Department of Injustice. I don’t even know what happened to Wray. We will restore the Rule of Law to all Americans.

Trump wrote a glowing letter about Kash Patel as well, who he has chosen to replace Wray.

Kash Patel, the FBI’s most qualified nominee in history, is dedicated to bringing Law, Order, and Justice back to the United States. As everyone knows I have great regard for the FBI’s rank and file, as do they.

The American People want these changes just as much as I would, but they also demand a strong but fair System of Justice.

Trump concluded his post by writing: “We want to bring our FBI back. That will happen now.” He added: “I am looking forward to Kash’s confirmation so that we can start the process of Making FBI Great Again. “Thank you!”

I, at least, would like to thank President-elect Trump and Kash Patel for their choice of Kash as the FBI’s new director.
