UFC star Paige VanZant said she made more money in 24 hours on OnlyFans than she did during the entire span of her fighting career.

The 29-year-old launched her OnlyFans page in 2020 after six years of working in the MMA world. VanZant now charges $9.99 per month for fans to view her pictures. She referred to herself in the past as “the queen of OnlyFans”.

VanZant discussed with Glenny Balls, the host of Barstools Sports’ podcast “Only Stans,” how much money she earns by posting racy pictures of herself.

She added, “OnlyFans is definitely my biggest source of income.” “I’d say my entire fighting career combined.”

She added, “I made more money on OnlyFans in just 24 hours than I did in my entire career of fighting combined.”

VanZant spoke about the stigma surrounding the OnlyFans platform and revealed that the majority of her fans are men due to her background in fighting.

She said, “Even out of the UFC or fighting, I’ve been successful.” “I have worked hard in other fields and I’m trying to become a more mainstream person,” she said.

She said that social media led her to investigate the OnlyFans platform because her followers asked her to share photos of her. By monetizing this, she made “life-changing money.”

“Now, I have made the transition … if people don’t want to hire me because I have an only fans I don’t really care,” she said.

VanZant initially described her content in “PG” but over time she began to use more “X-rated material.”

OnlyFans and the money creators can make, have been a source of controversy. Some say it’s a way to allow women to create their own content, and monetize it off the people who watch it. Others argue that the sexually explicit platform is taboo or degrading.

Teachers in the U.S., Canada, and other countries have been fired after posting explicit content on OnlyFans. They also reported that they made more money through the platform than during their normal jobs.

A Missouri high school teacher who had an OnlyFans account was put on leave by district officials last month. According to local media, the former teacher said that her OnlyFans accounts added $8,000 per year to her teaching salary of $42,000.
