Jane’s Revenge attacked a network of New York’s pro-life pregnancy centers after they were attacked by the FBI. They blasted the FBI’s inability to arrest them. Fox News Digital reported that the clinic hired private investigators after becoming fed up with the ineffective investigation efforts of the FBI.

CompassCare is a pro-life clinic that has multiple locations throughout upstate New York. Last week, it announced that it would be partnering with the Thomas More Society to recruit private investigators to investigate a June firebomb attack on a Buffalo center.

Jane’s Revenge is believed to have been a link to the vandals who set fire to the clinic’s windows. The criminals spray-painted Jane outside the center.

The vandals responsible have not been caught.

Jim Harden, CEO of CompassCare, stated to Fox News Digital that he doubts that the FBI is motivated by solving the case.

Harden said, “It’s difficult to tell if the FBI agents are sincere when they claim, ‘I am a Catholic, I really want these criminals brought before justice.'” They only achieved this after they were subject to tremendous pressure from the media, politicians, senators, and congressmen.

Harden said that he thinks the agency might be devoting resources to other areas.

Harden said, “What it seems to us is that [they] have made decisions about how to allocate investigative resources and they have chosen to not allocate.” They have 78 violations of the FACE Act specifically targeting pro-life groups. They are hate crimes, we know that. They meet that definition. “Where’s the manhunt?”

Harden believes that repeated attacks against pro-abortion centers may have been an organized effort with connections to transgender and global anarchist movements.

He said, “It does seem like this isn’t just a grassroots pro-abortion movement.” It seems much more organized.

Harden stated that if an arrest is made, it will be possible to draw a straight line between Jane’s Revenge, a pro-abortion terrorist organization, and government bad actors. This includes federal law enforcement and the DOJ as well as pro-abortion politicians in the Democratic Party.

Harden said that there are “very, very troubling things going on” and that the FBI has yet to make any arrests.

Fox News Digital spoke with Tom Brejcha, the president and chief counsel for the Thomas More Society. He said that there were 78 attacks on pro-life clinics.

Brejcha stated that “along with CompassCare, and other organizations, we’re interested in investigating connections here.” We have security footage of attackers. We have license plates. We are pursuing the same type of investigation as lawyers when they seek justice for their clients, both civil and criminal. We are not just writing letters to editors about it.

Brejcha stated that while the FBI had been monitoring the situation and “been responsive”, it has not taken any action.

Brejcha said that the Buffalo clinic had to sue the FBI to get surveillance footage from the attack, which was handed over to authorities.

Brejcha stated that “I believe the fact they appointed pro-abortion religious zealots as the head of the special unit within the Department of Justice indicates that their focus and energies are in this direction.”

“And justice is blind in this sense: It’s blind in only one direction. It is actively seeking to inflict injustice on the pro-life movement and intimidate them.” He said, “I think that’s quite clear.”

Fox News Digital was informed by the FBI that they are still investigating the attack on the pro-life centers.

The FBI stated that it continues to investigate threats and attacks against pregnancy resource centers, faith-based organizations, and reproductive clinics across the nation, as well as judicial buildings, including U.S. Supreme Court.

“In general, the FBI field office conducts all logical investigative actions during the course of an investigation. This can include offering rewards for information. FBI Buffalo is asking the public for help in identifying the people responsible for the arson at the CompassCare Pregnancy Center. They are offering a reward up to $25,000 for any information that leads to the arrest or conviction of those responsible.”
