On Tuesday, President Joe Biden announced that he would seek reelection. He released a video where he proclaimed the importance of freedom.

Every generation has had a moment when they’ve had to stand for democracy. Stand up for your fundamental rights. This is what I think we have to do. This is why I am running for re-election as president of the United States. Join us. Biden tweeted: “Let’s finish this job.”

Some people have seized on the phrase “finish the task” to their advantage.

“Finish your job?” Tom Cotton, a Republican Senator from Arkansas, tweeted that based on Biden’s track record this sounds like an attack.

“40 year-inflation, a stagnating economic situation, the Taliban taking over Afghanistan, China exercising its muscle over Taiwan, and chaos in the Middle East.” Ben Shapiro, a conservative commentator, tweeted: “Give him four more years and he will finish the job.”

What Joe Biden really means when he says “Let’s Finish the Job”: a worsening of crime rates. More economic difficulties. Inflation increases. The border crisis worsened. America’s enemies are becoming more confident. Increased attacks against religious freedom and our Constitutional Rights. Ted Cruz, a Republican senator from Texas, tweeted: “Hell no!”

“Yes, Joe is a strong advocate for freedoms, unless they are related to the 1st and 2nd Amendments, search and seizures, or the right to bodily autonomy in the case of rejecting an unsafe and stupid vaccine. John Rich, the country singer, tweeted that Joe is “all about freedom”.

Left-wing figures include former President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The current California Governor is also a leftist. Gavin Newsom expressed his support for Biden’s reelection bid.

“Proud” of what @JoeBiden has accomplished in the last few years. Obama tweeted: “He’s delivered on his promises to the American people, and he will continue to do so if he is re-elected.”

“Joe & Kamala will do the best job in defending democracy, fighting for rights, and ensuring everyone gets a fair chance. Join me today in their reelection campaign,” said Hillary Clinton, who lost to Trump in the 2016 presidential elections.

If Biden wins the Democratic nomination for president and former President Donald Trump wins the GOP nomination, the Americans may face a rematch in the 2024 presidential contest.

Biden would be 86 years old by the time he finishes a second term if he wins the 2024 election. Trump, currently 76 years old, would be 82 at the end of his second term. Bidem has already done enough damage to our country, could you imagine 4 more years of his destructive presidency? I couldn’t, he needs to keep farting dust and retire, but it doesn’t look like he is going to quit that easily, even though everyone including himself knows he is not fit for the job at hand.
