Did Kamala Harris finally find “joy”, which was so noticeably missing from her failed presidential bid, particularly in the last stretch where she became bitter and vitriolic?

In photos released by her niece, Vice President Harris looks pretty happy for a woman who suffered a historic electoral defeat. Perhaps she realized she was not up to running the country for the next four years.

Her niece posted these pictures on Saturday.

The niece of Kamala Harris has revealed some details about the vice president’s life after Donald Trump won the presidential election.

Meena’s new photos, which she shared on Saturday, depict the Democratic nominee playing Connect 4 on the floor with two of her great-nieces while sipping a glass of white wine.

“Back to the place where it all started only a few short months ago. I am eternally grateful to all who showed up. We love her so much,” Meena wrote.

The 60-year-old presidential candidate is seen playing an old-school board game with two of her nieces’ daughters while wearing a sweatshirt that she wore at her alma mater, Howard University.

Meena is a 40-year-old lawyer with a Harvard and Stanford education, as well as a children’s author and media executive. She has used her platform for years to promote her aunt, especially since she was nominated by the Democratic Party for President.

This is the first time I have seen a vice president do anything remotely relatable since she assumed office four years ago. This reminded me of a moment from Hillary Clinton in 2016 when a woman found her while hiking near her Chappaqua home, in New York. We all know she was devastated by the loss. She has been reminding us of it almost every day for over a decade.

A mother who had been “heartbroken by Hillary Clinton’s shocking presidential election loss” got a surprise when she met the former secretary-of-state while hiking with her dog.

“I’ve been feeling so heartbroken since yesterday’s election and decided what better way to relax than take my girls hiking,” Margot Gerster said in a post on Facebook featuring a photo of herself and the onetime first lady.

Hillary, in my opinion, was more prepared, she had been preparing for the presidency for years and she had the credentials to do the job. (Although we wouldn’t have liked the way that Hillary approached it). Harris, on the other hand, has demonstrated throughout her vice presidency and particularly throughout her campaign, that she cannot speak coherently in front of a crowd, is often ill-prepared, and comes across as dangerously unserious. We avoided a bullet on November 5.

I hope that she finds happiness in what she chooses, but she was not one of the very few chosen to be president.
