A federal appeals court just overturned Douglass Mackey’s conviction for supposedly “spreading falsehoods” during the 2016 election. And let me be crystal clear about what happened, it was nothing but a WITCH HUNT against conservatives who dare to challenge the liberal narrative!
The Democrats and their lackeys in the Justice Department tried to throw this man in prison for SEVEN MONTHS for posting MEMES. Can you believe it? They’re so desperate to explain away Hillary Clinton’s embarrassing loss that they’ll criminalize jokes!
The appeals court said there was NO EVIDENCE that Mackey tricked a single person into not voting. Zero. Zilch. Nada. The whole case was as phony as a three-dollar bill!
The real story is much deeper. This is about the left’s war on free speech. They can’t win in the arena of ideas, so they try to silence us. They call it “disinformation” when we tell jokes, but ignore ACTUAL election interference from Big Tech and the mainstream media!
The fact that one of Mackey’s lawyers is now working in the Justice Department shows you just how ABSURD this whole case was. Even the Biden administration couldn’t keep up this charade!
This case was nothing but a desperate attempt by the left to criminalize conservative speech. They’re terrified of memes because they know humor is kryptonite to their insane ideology!
The judges who overturned this conviction weren’t all conservatives. One was appointed by Biden himself! That’s how blatantly ridiculous this case was, even liberal judges couldn’t stomach it!
