Turns out, it was all a scam to increase the number of viewers for Kamala’s big night.
It’s likely to have worked. Fans tracked Taylor Swift’s plane to find out if she was in the area. Former CNN host Don Lemon, who was fired from his position, tried to make himself relevant by claiming he had been told that either George W. Bush or Beyonce would be the special guest.

A DNC insider said to Deadline that although Swift was loved, her appearance would overshadow Harris’s acceptance speech and wouldn’t help the campaign.
Beyonce was suddenly the “most likely” “special guest” who would make an appearance. TMZ “confirmed”.
TMZ reports that Beyonce will be in Chicago on the last night of the Democratic National Convention, to support Kamala Harri.
Queen Bey is the surprise act, according to multiple sources.
Beyonce’s visit to Chicago is huge, as you might expect. Chicago PD has been told to be on high alert due to its involvement in the security of Beyonce’s appearance at United Center Arena.
A representative of Beyonce later that evening shot down the rumor.
The Hollywood Reporter was told by the representative that “Beyonce never had a schedule to attend.” The report of a concert is false.
