Melania Trump, the former first lady of the United States, admitted that she was worried about the safety of her husband President Trump in the weeks leading up to the November elections. She blamed Democrats for creating a “toxic atmosphere”.
“I don’t think, you’re right, that he is a danger to democracy. Let’s look at who the real threat to democracy is. She said that they were continuing with their lawfare campaign against the former President, and also, you know trying to remove him from the voting ballots, and trying to quiet him, on Tuesday’s “The Five.”
“Yes, of course, I was always scared [of] the worst and what could happen if they continued to use that type of language. It’s just a toxic, toxic environment.”
The former president Trump was the victim of two assassination plots. Thomas Matthew Crooks, a would-be assassin, fired shots at his ear in Butler, Pa. in July. In September, suspected would-be killer Ryan Routh was seen at Trump’s West Palm Beach golf course. Routh was accused of poking his rifle through the trees near the golfer.
Melania Trump, besides revealing her thoughts on the dangers surrounding her husband Donald Trump, also revealed her priorities and goals if she were to return to the White House in the next year. She pledged to continue the “Be Best” initiative for women and children as well as “Fostering the Future”.
According to her website, she launched the “Fostering the Future Initiative” after leaving the White House, in 2021. This initiative aims to provide educational opportunities and scholarships for foster children.
Trump said to “The Five” that he has “many students.” “I will continue to do that. We need to support those children so that they can have great jobs once they get an education. And then, after they have that, they can give back to their communities.”
The co-host, Judge Jeanine Pirro, asked the former First Lady what message she would send to women who were on the fence about whether or not they should vote for her husband this November.
“We could tell that [the] country had improved in four years. The country was in a safe environment. The country was prosperous. She said that he would return the prosperity.
Greg Gutfeld, a fellow co-host on the show, asked if there was anything that she would like to share with us about her husband.
“Well, Jesse [Watters], I have some stories and you read them in the book. They’re cute, nice, little stories. He’s also very warm. He’s fun. He’s fun. Melania replied, “He’s passionate about this nation,” referring to her new memoir that was released on Tuesday.
“All he… He wants this country to be safe so that everyone has a good job and can enjoy family life. “He’s treating everyone equally.”
