The governor’s latest offering is the “Freedom Over Fauci Flip Flops”. The $39 shoes have the phrase “Freedom Over Faucism”, printed on the straps. The soles leave an imprint that reads “Fauci Can Pound Sand.”
A montage featuring Fauci continues to flip-flop over vaccinations and masks is featured in an ad for the merchandise.
This latest merchandise comes on the heels de the DeSantis team trolling Democrats in its “Escape to Florida” shirt. It demonstrates the hypocrisy of left-wingers who criticize Florida, yet have recently flocked to Florida to vacation.
As Fauci and other federal officials increase restrictions and make recommendations for masks, mask mandates remain in effect in nine states and Washington, DC. Florida has never had a mandatory statewide mask law.
