Washingtonians are more aware that a new sheriff will be arriving in town in January. He has already recruited several deputies who plan to ride into town and kick down the doors.

Some doors are located at the Pentagon because Pete Hegseth, soon-to-be Secretary of Defense, has decided that anyone advocating Diversity Equity, and Inclusion is out of a job.

According to sources, the Pentagon is in “absolutely disarray”, and “generals are scrambling” due to plans of the Trump administration that will dismiss senior military leaders for putting diversity, equity, and inclusivity (DEI) over combat readiness.

One source claimed, “The DEI pages started disappearing on the main websites. “

They are being archived now. According to the source, they are “fully concentrated” on cleaning everything DEI-related.

Source: People are in “panic mode”

The scramble to gather evidence intensifies as Donald Trump’s team collects names of senior officers who pushed DEI.

A leaked video shows an off-site meeting between the officers involved in this case.

This should cause chaos at the Pentagon. Yes, officers and NCOs who support such a stupid policy that destroys readiness should be dismissed – preferably without pension.

According to a source familiar with the plan, an executive order was drafted to establish a committee that would recommend senior officers be removed. The order “definitely” went to Trump’s desk.

It’s real. The source confirmed that the [EO] was approved and that the Pentagon is still revising it in consultation with the new leadership.

A member of Trump’s Transition Team is contacting troops advocates and asking for their names. A retired Green Beret Lieutenant Col. Pete “Doc” is one such person.

If you ask a Cold War veteran, this is long overdue. Such a stupid, nonsensical, and useless program has no business in the Pentagon. Instead, the Pentagon should focus on preparing for war and setting standards to ensure that service members are ready for war, and can win it unambiguously, decisively, and overwhelmingly.

Were we to hope that the Pentagon would focus on planning and preparing for war again? Would we dare to hope that military leaders would put more emphasis on the training of young men so that when they are sent to conflict, they will have the necessary skills, equipment, and fitness to destroy their enemies through fire, maneuver, and shock?

We have too many swivel-chair generals and not enough combat leaders. The POGUES (Personnel On Ground with Unused Equipment) who are championing stupid policies like DEI can go, and if they hesitate, a good swift kick in the fourth point of contact will speed them on their way. We need warfighters, not social engineers. Fortunately, we have warfighters; there are plenty of younger officers, O-4 to O-6, (Majors, Lieutenant Colonels, and Colonels) who have led men in battle in Iraq and Afghanistan.

These men who have been in combat know how to lead and what they should do. These men can find bad guys and revoke birth certificates permanently.

President Trump and Secretary Hegseth, we want a Department of Defense War Department that is leaner, meaner, and more efficient.
