Florida police reported that an Uber Eats Driver was killed and dismembered in Florida by a man on parole who had a criminal record and was affiliated with the MS-13 gang.

In a press briefing on Tuesday, Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco stated that Randall Cooke, 59 years old, dropped his wife off and drove away to do some gigs in April for Door Dash or Uber Eats.

Cooke texted his wife the entire day until he told her that he would make one final drop around 6:30 p.m.

She never heard anything from him again.

Later that evening, his wife called the police and filed a report of missing persons. Uber Eats was contacted by police during their investigation. The investigators were given Cooke’s GPS coordinates and went to the house.

Investigators reached out to a resident of the house on April 21. The resident cooperated and gave them security footage from the house. The video shows the man who is missing delivering food to the house. However, the video ends after a brief moment.

Oscar Adrian Solis, 30, was identified by police as the roommate who had provided the video.

Nocco said, “You can see that the suspect, Oscar Solis was carrying garbage bags from the house the next day.”

They found human remains when they asked permission to search through the garbage bags in the apartment. The home also contained “substantial” evidence, such as Cooke’s car keys and wedding ring.

Nocco didn’t give many details on what they believed Solis had done, but called it “horrible”, and “gruesome”, and said that the police investigation was traumatizing.

Solis has been arrested and charged with murder.

He continued to say that he had moved the suspect from Indiana to Florida, in January, and that he had a long criminal record, including charges of burglary and battery. Other crimes included possession of stolen auto parts, drugs, resisting police, being placed under home detention, burglary, and aggravated batteries, as well as battery against detention staff.

Nocco said, “He is alleged to have stabbed someone several times in Indiana while he was incarcerated.”

Solis is also “affiliated”, according to him, with the notorious MS-13 group in Indiana. The booking photo showed the suspect to have many facial tattoos. He failed to register in Florida as a parolee when he moved there from Indiana. This is also a criminal offense.

This is demonic. Nocco added, “This individual is demonic, and what he did was also demonic.”

According to surveillance footage, police are looking for two young adults who left Cooke’s home an hour or so before his murder.

Cooke was described as “a hard-working guy”, a loving spouse, who was just making his last delivery the night before being killed.

Nocco said, “This person has just pulled them in and killed them.”

GoFundMe was set up for the survivors’ family.

He also said the roommate of the suspect was suspicious because it was the first time that Solis had ever taken out the trash.
