In the film “As Good As it Gets,” Greg Kinnear, as Simon, tells Jack Nicholson, as Melvin, “The best quality you possess is your willingness humiliate yourself.”
This quote makes me think of the Vice President of the United States.
Kamala Harris’ “oratorical abilities” are, to put it mildly, a little lacking.
Harris displayed her “skills,” once again, on Wednesday, as she attempted to explain Israel’s conflict with Hamas. The war began in response to the terror group’s October 7 attack on the Jewish state, during which more than 1,300 Israelis (men, women, children, including infants) were brutally killed — many of whom had been raped or tortured to death.
Harris, who is infamous for her “word salad” utterances, also made a point of confirming Joe Biden’s and his administration’s efforts to smear Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister, in Gaza in favor of “Palestinians”. This was done to win the Muslim American vote in the November Presidential election.
Please, ladies and gentlemen. Madam Vice President, regarding the war in Gaza.
Many people want to make this subject binary. They want it to be one thing or another, but in reality, it is many things at once.
I was surprised that she didn’t use a Venn Diagram to provide more “clarity.”
Kamala Harris on the war in Gaza: “This subject is one that, sadly I say, has — there’s an appetite a lot of people have for it to be binary, as though it’s one thing or the other, when in fact many things are true at the same time.” pic.twitter.com/243cSjKrmA

Translation:
Here’s the deal. It’s a difficult one for the Democrat Party. I’m sure you understand. We’re in a tough spot. On the one hand, it’s important to appease Jewish American voters who continue to vote Democrat despite decades of us putting Israel down at every chance.
Joe and I, on the other hand, need to win the November election, we both need to be pro-Hamas and pro-Palestinian. What would you do, if you were in our shoes? What do I mean? We’re all screwed, either way.
Joe Biden, his party, and their hypocritical views are now in the same position.
I don’t feel sorry for Kamala, but it’s hard to imagine how Joe Biden could have put her in that position. He’s said worse things during Israel’s five-month war with Hamas.
As reported by Nick Arama in his State of the Union address on March 7, Biden said that the United States will be involved in “a mission” to build a temporary port in Gaza for the civilians to receive food and other supplies.
One problem: Hamas is notorious for stealing these supplies under threat of violence.
Untold numbers among Democrats oppose the president’s handling of Israel’s right of self-defense, and Bibi Netanyuhu’s commitment to eliminate Hamas.
Bottom Line
Joe Biden, and the Democrat Party, are indeed in a bind.
Kamala Harris’s “words of wisdom” don’t matter a bit. Biden has proven he is more than capable to screw it up on his own. Try to contain your shock and amazement.
