Although Sen. Kyrsten Silena (D-AZ), obstructed the bill at the last minute, it appears that they agreed on language as the Manchin-Schumer deal was passed.
A few weeks back, the bill that has significant effects on climate, health care, and tax policy appeared dead.
It now moves to the House, passage expected Friday.

Was there any discussion about Sinema’s roadblock regarding the corporate minimum tax?
The Democrats found a way to get it done without the Thune amendment. This would have been a poison pill for some Democrats.
Multiple sources have informed me that Sen. Warner (Dems) will propose a “substitute amendment” to the Thune Amendment currently being voted on.
This will result in a change to the SALT pay-for, which is a poison pill for some Dems, to a new loss-limitation pay-ext.

BREAKING: Democrats, you have a solution.
Am told by multiple sources that Dems (Sen. Warner) will offer a *substitute amendment* to the Thune amendment now getting a vote.
That will change the SALT pay-for (poison pill for some Dems) to a new pay for: loss-limitation ext.

Rosen and Cortez Masto, too.

Warnock, Ossoff and Kelly joined Sinema (so far) in passing for the change to protect some equity firms from the corp. min. tax.
Up next: Warner will propose an amendment that supercedes this and suggests a new pay for. That will also pass. Though I suspect with more Dems.

This means that it is more likely that the House Democrats, who may have had problems with it, will now accept it. It’s now likely that it’s a done deal. Sinema, Manchin, and others sold us out and it’s a terrible day for America.
