According to reports, Democrats are “salivating” at the possibility of facing Barnette in general election as Kathy Barnette, a Republican U.S. Senate Candidate from Pennsylvania, is growing in popularity ahead of next week’s primary.
After her performance in the debate last month, Barnette has risen to the top of the candidates. A viral clip showing Barnette explaining that her birth was the result of her mother’s rape when she was 11 years old went viral.
Recent polls have shown that the race is statistically tied between Barnette and Dave McCormick. Mehmet Oz has the blessings from former President Donald Trump.
According to the Daily Beast, Democrats “salivating at” the possibility of facing Barnette in November after questions regarding Barnette’s military service were raised and controversial tweets were discovered.
“I’m sure that many of us hope she keeps it going and wins. T.J. Rooney, former head of Pennsylvania’s Democrat Party, stated that she’s certain — “[it] would be very difficult to elect her.”
“If she wins the nomination, we’ll see that she doesn’t have the ideas to match the state’s values. “She just doesn’t,” stated Rep. Madeleine Dean (D.MA), who defeated Barnette more than 20 times in Barnette’s failed 2020 congressional campaign.

Prominent Republicans agree with Dean about Barnette’s appeal to voters in a state-wide general election.
Fox News host Sean Hannity used his platform to warn Pennsylvanian voters against sending Barnette to the general election. Greg Kelly, Newsmax’s anchor, accused Barnette being a “con women race card playing fraudmer.” Ric Grenell, Trump’s former Acting Director for National Intelligence, called attention to Barnette’s tweets and warned that she would not be electable and “drag down all Republicans.”
Barnette, however, wears the Republican criticism like a badge of honor.
Barnette has been criticized by Kelly, Hannity, and Grenell, but they are not the only ones. Trump also warned her against her ability to attract Pennsylvania voters during the general election.
Trump stated in a Thursday statement that Kathy Barnette would never win the General Election against Radical Left Democrats.
Trump mentioned the controversy surrounding Barnette’s military service. He noted that Barnette had “many things” in her past that have not been fully explained or vetted.
Trump stated that Mehmet Oz was the most likely to win the General Election over a Radical Left Democrat who aims to do irreparable damage to our Country.
Despite Barnette’s criticisms from the right, prominent conservatives such as Jack Posobiec or Mike Cernovich still support her. Barnette’s team was contacted by Posobiec earlier this week, and Posobiec released her Army Reserve records and National Guard records amid controversy over her military service.
Posobiec tweeted, “LOL at Oz supporters harping about Kathy Barnette’s US military records,” “Your boy was in Turkey’s Military voting in Erdogan elections!” Holy shlit!
In an appearance on Breitbart News Daily, Cernovich highlighted Barnette’s pro Trump messaging since 2016. Cernovich praised Barnette for her “original MAGA” during a time when it was “very difficult to be a Trump follower.” He also dismissed questions about Barnette’s military service as “stupid, dishonest.”
Cernovich however added that McCormick was the most electable Republican candidate in November in a tweet:
