They announced their news on Instagram Friday, days before their 12-year anniversary.

“We have some personal news… They shared that they had made the difficult decision to divorce after much thought and care. “We have shared so many wonderful years together, and we are moving forward with deep love and kindness for all that we have done together.”

They said that their biggest priority was our son and the entire family, as they navigate this next chapter. These matters are not easy and very personal. We are grateful for everyone’s understanding and support of our family’s privacy during this difficult time.

Toth and Witherspoon were married in 2011. They have a son, Tennessee, who is 10 years old, and they are approaching their 12th anniversary.

Toth and Witherspoon were married at the ranch of “Legally Blonde” star, Ojai, California. In March 2021, the couple celebrated their 10th anniversary.

Witherspoon posted the caption to her Instagram post that featured a photo of them on their wedding day.

“What an unforgettable day spent with our dear friends. Looking back, I can’t believe it has gone so quickly!” She continued, “I suppose that’s how it goes when you have 3 kids. Big LOVE, lots and lots of laughing, nonstop travel, so many canines, and great adventures… trying to figure out this crazy world together.”

“Here’s wishing you many more sunny days!” Witherspoon concluded, “I [heart Emoji] you JT.”

Fans of “Big Little Lies,” who turned 47 on Wednesday, were surprised to hear that she had announced her divorce.

In a slideshow of photos with her French Bulldog, she wrote, “Thank you so much for all my wonderful, loving and heartfelt birthday wishes.” “I feel very grateful for all of the LOVE in my world!”

Witherspoon, Toth, and their son together took an Instagram photo to kick off the 2023 new year. Toth and Witherspoon were last seen together at an event in 2020 at the Vanity Fair Oscars party.

According to Entertainment Tonight, the couple was engaged in December 2010 – just 10 months after they first revealed that they were in a relationship. In 2012, Witherspoon spoke out about how Toth saved her from a “really drunk man” at a party.

Jim came over to apologize to his friend. Elle magazine reported that he had just split up with someone. Jim was a good friend and helped him get out of this situation. He is a good person, that’s who he was.

One year later, Toth and Witherspoon were in legal trouble.

After a state trooper told her she would not stay in the car while Toth was administered a field sobriety exam, Witherspoon was taken into custody on a municipal charge of disorderly conduct.

The officer wrote in his report at the time: “Mrs. Witherspoon asked, ‘Do you know my name?’ I answered, ‘No, I don’t need to know your name.’ I then added, ‘right now.’ Mrs. Witherspoon stated, ‘You’re about to find out who I am.'”

“Mrs. Witherspoon also stated that ‘You will be on national news’,” the officer’s report stated. “I told Mrs. Witherspoon that it was fine.”

2020: Witherspoon contemplated the arrest and admitted that she did “something really stupid”.

Jamela Jamil, “It was so embarrassingly dumb,” said the actress from “Little Fires Everywhere” to Jamela Jamil during her “I Weigh” podcast. “But, you’ll be surprised to learn that I actually breathe air. The same goes for me, I make dumb decisions, I make great decisions, and I am just a human being.”
