California Bill Will Allow Children As Young As 12 to Consent to Vaccinations At School Without Parents Knowledge

Although the parent revolution started in Loudoun County Virginia, it has spread all the way to California as parents have begun to mobilize to take back their school boards and fight against the most dismal policies the United States has ever seen.

Senate Bill 866 (SB866) is an example of the oppressive overreach by Sacramento, which was passed by the California State Senate Thursday. SB866, also known as the Teens Choose Vaccines Act, will allow schoolchildren aged 12 and over to consent to vaccinations at school without their parents’ consent.

California has been working for years to undermine parental authority. They have already passed legislation that allows students to get birth control and abortions with no consent from their parents. The legislature has been trying to force every Californian to get the COVID vaccine since Donald Trump’s departure. The legislature is not content with just spitting in front of every parent regarding sex education curriculum and critical race theory insanity. They are determined to use the pandemic to remove any parental control from public schools.

SB866 does not try to conceal its evil intentions. Senator Scott Weiner (D), the bill’s sponsor, specifically addresses the “problem” with parents in the bill.

PROBLEM: Children between 12 and 17 years old cannot be vaccinated unless it is to prevent sexually transmitted diseases. This is a major obstacle to teenage health in California, especially in cases where parents and kids have conflicting views on vaccines.

This is an elected official claiming that parents are a problem as if they were second-class citizens who don’t know the best for their children.

It doesn’t end there. Weiner believes children should be allowed to consent to medical procedures secretly because their parents might be neglectful or busy.

In cases of medical neglect or if parents are too busy to take their children to the doctor, parental consent requirements can be a problem. Because their parents work long hours, often without pay, low-income children might have a long wait to be vaccinated.

California Democrats want us to believe that this is because our parents work too hard.

Lance Christensen, a Republican candidate for California Superintendent for Public Instruction, says Democrats are pushing for a “dystopian Brave New World” and actively working to make children “wards of the state.”

“Parents, are you listening?” California’s legislature is uttering the silent part loudly — they want your/our children to be wards or cogs in some progressive dystopian Brave New World. SB 866 is the latest attempt to strip parents of any authority over their children. The consequences could irreparably damage generations to come. Because they have near-absolute power, the legislature doesn’t care what constituents think. It is time to end co-parenting with the government. Before we lose control, it’s time for us to take back sole custody of our children. It’s time for you to vote out all members of the legislature who support these bills. This is the only way to hold elected officials accountable.

Now, the bill moves to the state assembly. If parents don’t exert enough pressure on the Democrat majority to make them blink, it will likely pass. Students have been vaccinated by their parents. This is a true blue state. The internal polling must be alarming to see if Democrats actually listen to parents who are angry about the issue. This suggests that the assembly can be moved on 866.

Christensen is a former Republican staffer who has years of experience dealing directly with the Sacramento machine. He says that the next steps are to send the bill to an assembly panel for review. If it passes, it will be put to a vote. He encourages parents to contact the Democrats in the committee with any concerns.

Californians affected by this attempted violation of parental autonomy are encouraged to speak out.

We don’t co-parent with the state.
