Sources familiar with the case claim that a confidential source, who asked to remain anonymous, told the FBI in a June 2020 interview, that Joe Biden allegedly received $5 million as a payment from an executive of Burisma Holdings – a Ukrainian gas company where Biden’s own son Hunter Biden was a board member.

Information provided to the FBI included allegations that Vice President Joe Biden, then in office, had engaged in criminal bribery with a foreigner to influence US policy. The FBI reportedly recorded these details in an FD-1023 document.

The FD-1023 form is used by FBI agents to document unverified information received from confidential human sources.

Fox New Digital reports that the FD-1023 document, dated June 30, 2020, is an FBI interview of a ‘highly credible’ confidential source, who described multiple meetings and discussions he or she held with a Burisma executive starting in 2015. The sources familiar with this document stated that the Burisma executive asked the confidential source to give him or her advice on how to obtain U.S. rights for oil and get involved with an American oil company. The Burisma executive spoke with the confidential source in order to “get advice about the best way to move forward” for 2015 and 2016.

The FD-1023 form records that a Burisma executive expressed confusion about why they needed advice in order to access U.S. crude oil when Hunter was already on the board. The Burisma executive called Hunter Biden “dumb”, which I find funny considering Joe Biden referred to Hunter as “the most intelligent guy I know”.

The executive explained to us that Burisma was forced to pay the Bidens because of an investigation being conducted by Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin. This is the same Viktor Shokin who Joe Biden boasted about when he got fired for using a $1 Billion loan from the Obama Administration to pressure then-Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko. The executive noted the difficulties of entering the U.S. marketplace during the investigation. The confidential source in the conversation suggested that Burisma’s executive pay each Biden $50,000. However, the executive replied that the amount was actually $5 million.

The Burisma executive said to the confidential source, “$5,000,000 for one Biden and $5,000,000 for the other Biden.”

The $5 million payment mentioned in the FD-1023 was described as a “retainer,” which Burisma intended for the Bidens to pay to handle a number of issues, such as the investigation conducted by Viktor Shokin –which got shut down when Biden fired him. Sources believe that the payments were made using multiple bank accounts to ensure that investigators could not “unravel” this mystery for at least ten years.

Fox News Digital obtained information that the anonymous source had been providing reliable information to the FBI since 2010. The bureau has compensated him with around $200,000 for his services. This raises the question of why the FBI did not investigate these allegations, given that he has a record as a reliable FBI source.

Joe Biden called the allegations “a bunch” of nonsense.
